LONDON, ENGLAND, UNITED KINGDOM, October 31, 2022/EINPresswire.com/ -- Editor's Note: There is a Supergirl video associated with this press release. Merribel is designed to take stylish, professional women from day through to evening by offering a versatile range of edited trend essentials, with a particular emphasis on separates and dresses. Merribel's advertising campaign for the label is based around the idea of 'everyday stylish' - that no matter how mundane or banal the situation, the right outfit can make you feel fabulous.

The Supergirl Runway ad has been created using a combination of still and moving images to create a powerful effect that will draw the viewer into the world of the new Merribel range. The camera starts close in on Supergirl and you immediately think that you are seeing a woman frozen in time as though lifted straight from a high fashion runway shoot. As the camera zooms out and moves around the model, we see that we are not looking at a photoshoot, but instead at a woman going about her everyday business. The stillness of Supergirl then contrasts with the moving pictures used on certain isolated elements within the shot to highlight particular features of the cosplay clothes and further grab the viewer's attention.

Katherine Moore, retail director at Merribel, said: "At Merribel, our aim is to make great style accessible to everyone through a combination of big name brands and exclusive own labels. For some time now, our customers have been crying out for a trend-led yet affordable collection of chic, well-cut pieces that can be worn to the office and then styled up for the evening.

"With Merribel, we think we've struck the perfect balance of design, quality and price and this campaign really delivers that message. We're looking forward to seeing how both the collection and advertising campaign resonate with women across the UK," said Moore.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, USA, October 29, 2022/EINPresswire.com/ -- California resident Richard H. Davis, a consumer watchdog, has filed a class action antitrust case against McDonald’s Corporation (“McDonald’s”) and states that the entity has been using a "bait and switch" tactic to market its nonexistent McRib BBQ pork sandwich from its inception in 1981 to present day.

According to the McDonald’s company's website, “The McRib is back! It starts with seasoned boneless pork dipped in a tangy BBQ sauce, topped with slivered onions and dill pickles, all served on a toasted homestyle bun. When everything combines you have BBQ pork sandwich perfection. Get one while you can because this is the McRib Farewell Tour. Order yours in the McDonald’s app for delivery or pickup. Enjoy our famous pork sandwich as if it’s your last!”

“McRib’s number one fan may be Xanthe Pajarillo who became a cult hero in 2015 on TikTok when she addressed the Santa Clarita council in California to ask for the return of the McRib to her local McDonald’s store,” explained Davis. “After a year of fighting, the McRib was back in Santa Clarita McDonald’s in time for Thanksgiving 2016, noted Davis. “The boneless pork meat used to form the McRib patty is identical to SPAM luncheon meat, simply covered in barbecue sauce. Why all the hype?” questioned Davis.

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, USA, October 13, 2022/EINPresswire.com/ -- You might be wondering to yourself, “What’s all of the buzz about the Honey Bear being endangered?” Well, we’ll tell you… For a while, the Honey Bear was overlooked and left by his lonesome in the pantry. Few realized he was a natural, pure sweetener with a number of applications in and out of the kitchen.

Our campaign to Save the Endangered Honey Bear is a light-hearted approach to remind people of honey’s wonderful uses and support the Honey Bear’s continued bounce-back to the front of the pantry shelf. More and more people are looking for natural, single-ingredient foods in their cooking and baking and honey is a great option. Many people are unaware of honey-flavored syrups, or honey that’s been diluted with other ingredients. These blends are moving onto grocery and discount store shelves and consumers may not be able to distinguish between 100% pure honey and similarly-packaged honey-syrup blends. This puts the honey industry in a “sticky” situation.

In this news release, you will find information about our campaign for 100% pure honey, the differences between real honey and imitation honey, and ways that YOU, the consumer, can help in our efforts. In this age of artificial foods, isn’t it nice to know that something is pure? Honey is one ingredient, the way nature intended.

What's the Story?

The Endangered Honey Bear (and 100% pure honey) needs your help: One of America’s most timeless kitchen staples, honey, is being threatened by honey-flavored syrups, or honey that’s been diluted with other ingredients, that are becoming more and more common on store shelves. They masquerade as honey all the while containing very little actual honey. These honey-flavored syrups, also known as honey blends or imitation/artificial honey, are causing confusion among consumers. The blends are usually found in honey bear containers, with labels that look astoundingly similar to 100% pure honey labels. Typically, the word HONEY is in large print on the label, which easily misleads consumers.

One-ingredient products, like honey, do not have to list that single ingredient on the label, unlike multi-ingredient products. So, we are urging consumers to always check the label before making a honey purchase. If there are ingredients listed other than honey, it’s not 100% pure. When trying to decipher a label, remember this: Honey has ONE ingredient, no additives or preservatives, and that’s exactly what any 100% pure honey label should say.

What You Can Do to Help?

You can get involved and spread the word about 100% pure honey by checking the honey label for ONE ingredient, using 100% pure honey in more recipes, or asking your grocer or favorite restaurants to carry only 100% pure honey. “Honey Cream Dreams was first to use the Pure Honey logo on its packaging, '' said HONEY FEDERATION Social Media Coordinator; Dennis G. Dickson.
