Anne Heche Investigation Un-reported Facts & Timeline Before Fatal Car Crash
Los Angeles, California (Issuewire.com) - Anne Heche – is there more to her car crash story? With further investigation it looks like Anne Heche was being chased by an unidentified man following a threatening altercation in a Los Angeles area apartment complex. The details of Anne Heche’s final days have been unfolding daily, and if you’re like many, you might have some legal questions. For instance, why did she run from a minor fender bender? An LAPD incident report has confirmed that she was being investigated for hitting another car who in the TMZ video showed a man yelling at Heche to get out of her car and then she was seen driving off. Heche was also filmed speeding away from someone telling her to get out of her car when she hit a garage door. What the video does not show is a man chasing her down the street in his vehicle leading up to the Mar Vista crash. A ‘coherent’ Anne Heche posed for a smiling photo just 21 minutes before the crash.
Yet, Heche was not speeding until after the altercation with the other driver in the apartment complex who threatened her, then she took off like a jack rabbit, charges should be filed against the man for civilian unlawful pursuit of a vehicle. He was a major factor in the unfortunate chain of events due to his initial altercation with Heche, pursuing and deliberately frightening her from his vehicle. Many civilian pursuits result in accidents, property damage, serious injuries, and death to innocent third parties, peace officers, and fleeing suspects. However, was Heche in violation of a Misdemeanor Hit And Run? No according to the California Vehicle Code Section 20002 VC: If a defendant cannot not safely remain at the scene of an accident due to a valid threat of force or violence against him, that defendant would have a legitimate duress defense if he is later charged with a misdemeanor hit and run offense. In addition, if there was no property damaged as a result of the collision, the defendant would not have a duty to stay at the scene and exchange information.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department; Traffic Collision Reports that involve an arrest, fatality, or juvenile cannot be released online and must be requested through United States Mail.
